"About 2 years ago we had one of the worst days of our lives. We woke up to our home on fire and we lost everything. The building was significantly damaged and we had no idea what would come next. We made a call to Cornerstone and from the very beginning Joe the owner was very clear we will rebuild your home and you’ll have it for “another hundred years”. From that moment we knew we had to work with Cornerstone. They had a vision, a plan, and the right people to execute everything we could have wanted. The 120 year old three family home had to be competent rebuilt aside from the frame. We upgraded many items compared to before the fire such as installing central air, adding a sprinkler system, changing the rear stairwell, moving walls in rooms, adding a new master bath that didn’t exist before. They were communicative, kept us informed of every major step along the way, and always had foresight of upcoming milestones and got ahead of them. They are very proactive in every part of the project so you will never feel like things are stalled. They are professional, courteous, and dependable. We are very happy with the outcome and truly have a home that will last us another 100 years just as promised. We couldn’t recommend Cornerstone enough to anyone looking for work to be done on their home.'

"We had a great experience using Cornerstone. Joe is an honest, trustworthy guy, who definitely stands behind his word and job. He does what he says he's going to do and his workers show-up every day (and are all so respectful - with cleaning up at the end of the day, warning me about "noisy days" - I had kids at home, etc). Cornerstone was on the high end of our estimates, but there were no extra costs in the end, except for the work we added in along the way. We had our kitchen and bathroom renovated and they helped make what was of course a trying 3 months, tolerable. We are more than satisfied with the job they did. Unlike other vendors we used on the job, I would recommend and use Joe and an of his guys for future work."

"Joe and his company have done a lot of work for me. A couple of years ago he remodeled my kitchen (a total gut out) and put a bathroom in for us. My apartment is completely modern and beautiful because of his work. I had him put on a new roof, and build the front and back porches. If I were not satisfied with his work and work ethic, I would not have just hired him to gut out my first floor apartment. He is currently renovating the kitchen and bathroom as well as cosmetic work throughout the apartment (patching walls/woodwork, painting, electrical work and flooring. I think you will be more than satisfied with his work and fair pricing."
